Major update to the messaging system.

Breaking changes

• Rebuilt the message buses on a shared generic base, MessageBus<TMessage, TRoutingKey>, with BroadcastMessageBus for buses with several listeners per key, such as events and signals.
• The buses are no longer static. Get them through the bus registry, for example ServiceLocator.GetBusRegistry().EventBus, or send messages with BusUtility.
• Reworked requests. Requests are sent through the RequestDispatcher. Handlers register with RequestDispatcher.Register, and reply with RequestDispatcher.Reply, passing Response.Accepted or Response.Rejected.

Added

• MessageBuilder, a base class for building and sending commands and requests step by step.
• Ready signals for domains, with SetMessageQueueReadySignal, so messages wait until a system is ready.
• Queuing for messages sent before their handler registers. They are delivered once it does.
